Lehi Gateway Pet Registration

All community members are required to fill out the Pet Registration Form, whether you have a pet or not.

Per the CC& R's, your pet needs to be registered.  After registering your pet, a $35 per pet registration fee will be charged to your HOA account, and you will be issued a bright-colored tag to be placed on your pet's collar, in the next month or so, identifying your pet as belonging to Lehi Gateway Townhomes and Condominiums.

ALL RESIDENTS, Tenants and Resident Owners, of Lehi Gateway MUST complete a Registration form, EVEN IF YOU HAVE NO PETS.  If you do not currently have a pet, but acquire one at a later date, you have one month to complete this registration.  Every Resident must complete this form, per the Pet Policy signed by your Board of Directors.
